These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at dajjlabs.com (the "Site"), which is operated by DAJJ Labs, LLC ("DAJJ Labs," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to the Site only. Each mobile application we publish is governed by its own separate terms, provided within that application or its store listing.

The Site

The Site is an informational website about DAJJ Labs and the products we publish. We may add, remove, or modify Site content at any time without notice.

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, wordmarks, and design — is owned by DAJJ Labs or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the State in which DAJJ Labs, LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that State, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
