This Privacy Policy describes how DAJJ Labs, LLC ("DAJJ Labs," "we," "our," or "us") handles information in connection with our website at dajjlabs.com (the "Site"). This policy applies only to the Site. Each mobile application we publish is governed by its own privacy policy, provided within that application or its store listing.
Information we collect
The Site does not collect personal information from visitors. We do not operate contact forms, account registration, newsletter signups, or analytics or advertising trackers on the Site.
If you contact us by email using an address published on the Site, we will receive the information you choose to include in your message (such as your name, email address, and the content of your message). We use that information solely to respond to your inquiry.
Cookies
The Site does not set cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics purposes. Your browser may cache static assets (such as images and stylesheets) as part of normal web operation; this is not a form of tracking.
Hosting and server logs
The Site is hosted by a third-party infrastructure provider. That provider may automatically log technical information such as IP addresses, user-agent strings, and request timestamps for security, abuse prevention, and operational purposes. We do not maintain our own analytics system on top of those logs and do not use this information to build profiles about visitors.
How we use information
We use email correspondence you send us only to respond to your inquiry and, where appropriate, to keep a record of the exchange for our business purposes. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it except as necessary to operate our business (for example, with our email provider) or as required by law.
Data retention
We retain email correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. You may request deletion of your correspondence by emailing us.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Site.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws (such as the GDPR, UK GDPR, or the CCPA/CPRA) to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information. To exercise any such right with respect to information you have sent us by email, contact us at the address below.
International visitors
The Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, any information you send us will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
